Delivery & sustainability

To your vessel. Personally.

No couriers, no depots, no mystery. The same hands that picked your order at the market carry it up the passerelle, cold chain intact, in packaging the ocean never has to meet.

How it works

From your message to your galley.

Message us your list

WhatsApp or email, any hour. Menus, part-lists, "surprise me with what's good", it's all fine. A chef reads it, not a call centre.

We source at origin

The Rungis floor before dawn, plus direct lines to farms, boats and producers we know by name.

Chef-prep & cold pack

Filleted, portioned, butchered or rolled in-house to Michelin standards, then packed to hold temperature to the deck.

Hand delivery to your berth

We drive it to the dock ourselves and hand it to your crew, Med and Caribbean, season-round.

Cold chain, door to deck

The shortest possible time from farm to plate.

Provisions travel straight from supplier or market to your vessel. No cross-docking, no third-party couriers, no afternoon in a warm van. Temperature-controlled from the moment it's picked to the moment your crew signs for it.

Same-day and next-day service in our core ports; tell us your itinerary and we'll plan deliveries around your charter, not the other way round.

Where we work

Two seasons. One supplier.

Mediterranean summers, Caribbean winters: we follow the same waters you do, so the standard on board never has to change with the hemisphere.

Antibes · Monaco · Cannes · St-Tropez · Genoa · Palma · Ibiza · Naples, and in season: Antigua · St Maarten · St Barths · the Virgin Islands. Somewhere else? Ask: we like a challenge.

Med & Caribbean · season-round

Sustainability

The same care, all the way down.

You work on the water; we'd like to keep it worth working on. Sustainability at Opus isn't a page on a website. It's how the boxes are packed every single morning.

Reusable container scheme

Provisions load straight onto the vessel and the boxes come back with us, so waste never piles up at your dock, and nothing goes over the side of the industry's footprint.

100% recycled, recyclable packing

What can't be reused is recycled and recyclable, and there's as little plastic in the van as we can possibly manage.

Short, honest miles

Sourcing at origin and driving direct means fewer legs, fewer middlemen and a colder, fresher box at the end of it.

Tell us your itinerary.

We'll plan the season's provisioning around it, first delivery to final guest dinner.

We reply fast, usually within a few hours, seven days a week.
